  • Firing the boss misses the point. We could have every company in the world run by their workers, and for the most part not much would change. We simply would exchange one set of problems for another.

Ultimately there are no bosses or workers. We are human beings each at their own level of wisdom and maturity. At this stage we are mostly unconscious, and as such we endlessly point the finger at others as the source of our problems. All of us from corporate upper management to assembly line workers want rights without responsibilities.

The economic/politic elite wants the rights to stay in power and maximize profits without responsibility toward planet earth and human evolution.

As worker bees we want the rights to health, work, education and housing without the responsibility of understanding how to nurture a system that could make this possible. As worker bees we then support all kinds of societal actions such as ineffective regulations, laws, organizations, etc... that we believe will protect our interest, but which in reality create further waste and disfunction.
