  • A compelling article, perhaps, but the National Debt stands at about $10 trillion, not $50 trillion as the article states. Perhaps Rep. Cooper is thinking about next year.

  • A good article that may be a prediction of history. The Republican Party is on its death bed. Let it leave this world peacefully. There should be two new political parties: the Progressive Democrats and the Blue Dogs. Amen. Change we can believe in.

  • I read most of the article and it sounds to me like Blue Dog is just another term for "neutered by their Republican handlers." They can only run to the end of their leash and bark.
