  • S-Chip was created to help kids in the same way that the coming Congressional payraise was meant to. No child need go without medical care in the United States, and anyone who tries to make a child go without will soon see the law at his door.

S-Chip was meant to spare whites from needing to go to the welfare office the way blacks have, for years, had no choice but to do. S-Chip is a gimmick meant to protect the asses of Congressional Dems.

White Dem voters, finding their children being affected by the economy, and finding themselves forced to choose between selling some possessions or else going on welfare, wouldn't be too likely to vote Dem again.
