  • The FISA Amendments Act of 2008 should be called the Cover-Up Presidential Malfeasance and Congressional Complicity Act. Never before has our federal government more strongly asserted that we, the people, have no right to know what it is doing in our name.

I have often been astonished and appalled at the arrogance of Republicans and the cowardice of Democrats in our federal government during the last quarter-century, but never more than now. The only thing our elected representatives at the federal level seem to be able to do well is scurry to conceal their own incompetence. But Aziz Huq has brought it to light again, in all its ugliness. For this, at least, I am grateful.

  • Last night, in a fit of anger and frustration, I dug up the names and contact information on the 105 "Democratic" traitors who voted to approve the latest version of the "Compromise FISA bill"--which destroys our Fourth Amendment.

I put the list on a website and will now go about "promoting" it. Ideally, with your help, we could bring this site to the attention of enough people to develop a viral network that could then gain enough critical mass among voters to remove these traitors.

  • Why did they all trade their souls and the country for a few measly bucks? I had faith in Ms. Pelosi, but this gal really doesn't have a lot of courage. Don't these people have kids? What kind of country are they going to leave?
