  • I am sure Ms. Power is a very nice person, and I am not impressed by Senator Clinton, but Brzezinski or Richardson would be a better advisers on foreign policy. Except for campaign financing, Obama's campaign has been amateurish on foreign and domestic policy questions.

  • All in all a fine piece, but this " toothless media" bit I couldn't get past. The media are anything but toothless; they cower to their betters for their bloated salaries and positions, but toothless is hardly the word for selling out one's principles.

It is the unspoken truth of their self-censorship and capitulation to their mandated reverence for the pieces of silver that they grovel for on their platforms of importance. The disdain they imply is the pitiful exercise of hypocrisy amidst the sweet odor of their own decaying moral carcasses. They are willing witness to their own embrace of the greed and power, they are maggots on the body of truth and justice and they revel in all of it.
