  • Making Change: Brother, can you spare a dime? Well, no, not exactly, but I can make change for a dime. Here's a nickel. So can you make change for Social Security too? Sure, I can break it out into a bipartisan ponzi scheme for insurance companies. So then, can you make change for Health Care? No, but that lady over there can.
