  • How does one compare what wasn't said in a victory speech by a newly elected Republican governor in a heavily Democratic state, to what hasn't been done by the Democrats, who were in power for decades, regarding people of color, period?

    I wonder, would the writer have portrayed Governor Jindal differently if he ran as a Democrat?
