  • If the US wants to implement a war overseas, it must be done within the parameters of the US Constitution, where only Congress, not the President can wage war. Smarter politicians like Robert Byrd have a pocket copy of the US Constitution in a little brown book. Ron Paul also insisted that we, and especially politicians, should read the Constitution more often, so that our liberties are preserved.
