  • War on the ground may not be a "specialized province" outside other poliics, but it requires certain skills and expertise not otherwise widely shared. Similarly, I do not usually go to a carpenter or plumber to ask about my diabetes or blood pressure problems, I consult an appropriate physician. At the least, it was a major error to run the stupid ad before even hearing what the General had to tell us.
