  • As Digby says, there is a wide spectrum of talent and energy out there in the blogosphere. What a pity a lot of it is going to waste. The "America" that they want to take back has already moved on to another place. There is no going back. The issues are no longer between alternative political philosophies within a particular state. What we are looking at now is the feudal system gone global. The vast majority of people, the serfs, are herded into convenient nation states where they toil and moil while the Barons, who own them, the politicians and a lot else besides, operate on a global scale. The Internet is the perfect global medium. Until bloggers learn to use it in this context, they are spinning their wheels.
