  • I just wanted to thank you for posting more video coverage of Operation First Casualty. Ever since I first discovered video of this street performance online, I've been intrigued by the degree to which it forces audiences to confront the distinction between their experiences of public space and the public spaces of Baghdad. I've also published a short essay on Operation First Casualty for the media studies website, Flow (flowtv.org), that may be of interest to people interested in OFC or in Iraq Veterans Against the War.
