  • I was on active duty in the U.S.Navy from 1962 to 1982. The only time I remember our sailors pushing aircraft over the side was during the fall of Saigon and the sailors were ordered to do it to make room for more incoming aircraft.

Can you tell me the name of the aircraft carriers upon which these mutinous sailors pushed aircraft over the side to protest the war ? Aircraft types ? Dates ?

I have checked around but cannot find a record of such an incident.
