Paula DiPerna has written widely on environmental matters, including the
relationship between jobs, income generation and the environment. A past
vice president for international affairs for the Cousteau Society and
president of the Joyce Foundation, she is founder of the Jobs and
Environment Initiative, a pilot program of public policy research.
