Patricia Williams needs a dose of reality! Detroit spends $15,250 per pupil to educate their students. That is $5,000 more than I spend to send my child to one of the top ten Catholic high schools in the nation! It is $4,250 more than the national average—what more does she want? It is not the amount of money but what is done with it. In Detroit 49 percent of the population is illiterate—enough said!
