Creating a new gay culture

The article examines the gay men's rights in the society and their sexual needs. The relationship between gay men's sexual needs and the societal incentives have been drawn. Unsafe sex by gay men have been pointed out to be the causes of HIV infection leading to the dangerous disease of AIDS. It is found that the cause-and-effect relationship between unsafe sex and negative consequences is nowhere near that direct. It is observed that unsafe sex is not followed by the swift and sure penalty of infection.
