The article addresses the anti-labor agenda of the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush. It is apparent that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is equating advocacy for the rights of immigrant workers with terrorism. Since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the terrain of labor relations under the Bush administration has dramatically changed. However, the hostility of President Bush to labor predates the terrorist attacks. Twice he has invoked back-to-work against airline unions. National security is now the pretext for banning unions and rolling back the rights of workers across the board. Since the implementation of the Transportation Security Act, the composition of the new screener work force has radically changed.
