The article discusses the political scenario of the U.S. The author states that the U.S. Secret Service vehemently denies its personnel files needed updating. It turns out that the two White House people ordering up the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation files, Craig Livingstone, director of personnel security and Anthony Marceca, U.S. Army detailee and member of the Criminal Investigation Division are Democratic Party operatives. "Operative" in this context usually means someone with lots of pals in law enforcement who know how to get their hands on files, criminal records, tax information and other politically useful ammunition.
