The article offers world news briefs. A pamphlet prepared by In Touch Ministries in Atlanta, Georgia were given to U.S. Marines in Iraq. The pamphlet contained literature asking them to pray for U.S. President George W. Bush. British Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon said that the dropping of cluster bombs in Iraq was legal. A follow up to the case filed by a group of lawyers including Johnnie Cochran against the state of Oklahoma regarding the Tulsa race riot is given.
