Saving Private Lynch

The article reports on the nighttime raid of the U.S. Special Operations commandos to rescue private first-class Jessica Lynch at a hospital in Iraq. Lynch's rescue by the U.S. Navy Seals was captured on video. The U.S. Department of Defense presented the video to journalists who eventually broadcast the rescue of Lynch worldwide. The author said that it was what U.S. President George W. Bush needed since his generals are not approving his war plans. According to the "Washington Post," many Hollywood producers wants to make a made-for-television production of Lynch's life.
