The article presents the author's comments regarding the Iraq war budget and tax breaks in the U.S. He reveals that in the history of the country, U.S. President George W. Bush is the first president to ask the rich people to pay less taxes while in a major war. He claims that the $1.6 trillion tax breaks included in the 2003 budget of the Bush administration only benefit wealthy people. He states that the debts due to the war and tax breaks will be shouldered by the present generation and their children.
