The Reckoning in Iraq

The article offers the author's opinion regarding the rebuilding of Iraq after the war. U.S. President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair said that the United Nations (UN) has an important role in rebuilding the country. The author said that with what Bush mentioned, he thinks that Bush is just toying with his supporters. The author believes that the UN is more capable of giving aid to Iraq compared to the military government of the U.S.
