The author reflects on the need for U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfled to resign due to his responsibility of planning and carrying out the war in Iraq. He suggests for Rumsfeld to take with him self-inflated policy warriors Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle when he resigns. The author also comments on the continued presence of U.S. National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice and U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell in the U.S. government. He also emphasizes the need to end the existence of a failed foreign policy in the U.S.
