The article presents information on various developments in the U.S. and other countries as of May 30, 1994. The lawsuit by Paula Corbin Jones against U.S. President Bill Clinton has unleashed a bizarre torrents of carnal obsession by people who usually act as if casual sex does not exist. Nelson Mandela, South African President has an almost impossible task of integrating and restructuring all aspects of South African society. Many of Mandela's key Cabinet appointees are elderly former exiles and Robben Island political prisoners. Many are good men and good fighters, but that does not necessarily make them good administrators.
