The article presents information on the political developments in Italy and fascism. One can blame the former Communists, now taking the name Democratic Party of the Left (PDS), for much of the debacle in Italy. After years of loyal opposition, in 1993 they went along with so called electoral reform, which substituted American/British first-past-the-post rules for the old proportional system. Fascist attitudes in U.S. are hardening up too, with hysteria about immigrants, crime and the dangerous classes vigorously stoked. Blacks are forced into unending rituals of self abasement and apology, while white racism struts unapologetically forward.
