The article discusses the book "A Mass for Arras," by Andrzej Szczypiorski. The novel is a historical allegory. The story of the book takes place between 1458 and 1461, in a small town called Arras, far from Poland. Behind the walls and gates of this medieval settlement, many things happen that would be useful in a historical horror movie.
