It is informed that three movies by English director Mike Leigh has been recently released on video. The movies in question are Nuts in May, Abigail's Party and Four Days in July. It is informed that Leigh's Abigail's party deals with the wit and proprieties of the lower middle classes. The drama is all indoors, in the narrow downstairs sitting room of the maisonette belonging to Beverly, played by Alison Steadman and Laurence, played by Tim Stern. As far as the movie Four Days in July is concerned, the author opines it to be a masterpiece.
