The article discusses the case of the U.S. aid to Iraq in acquiring weapons of mass destruction. Representative Henry Gonzalez has come up with more evidence that when the George Bush Administration approved 1 billion dollar in credits for Iraq in November 1989, it knew that Iraq was hellbent on acquiring weapons of mass destruction. The disclosure of this evidence prompted all members of the U.S. House to ask Attorney General to commence the appointment of an independent counsel. A fine road map for this counsel is offered by one more evidence. Dr. Richard Fuisz, a medical doctor and inventor, testified that he had observed the production of missile launchers for the Iraqi military in a Scottish plant of the U.S.-based Terex Company.
