The article presents information related to U.S. Representative Louis Jenkins. He is in the Louisiana state legislature for twelve years. He's the man who drafted the strictest antiabortion legislation in the country, with no exceptions for victims of rape or incest. Woody is responsible for deregulating day care in Louisiana, creating two tiers of service so his fundamentalist church groups could operate facilities at lower costs. Early on, Woody sent out a letter marked "Personal" on legislature stationery to his constituents. He told 19,000 of them some things he'd only been able to share with his family and a few of his closest friends until he just couldn't keep it to himself any longer.
