The article presents information on a seminar of Washington journalists to discuss corporate image advertisements-- those types of ads in which a friendly military contractor, newly indicted for procurement fraud, shows a soft fuzzy photograph of its workers at a company picnic alongside its logo and a feel-good motto such as "For Your Family and Ours." The "panel" was held in the evening at one of those sterile mini- corporate centers that dot the landscape of suburban Washington. The author and his colleagues were directed to a conference room in the offices of a business called House Market Research.
