The article discusses about the rights of HIV infected person. Citing two examples of HIV positive cases it has shown how AIDS patients are discriminated in employment. They have gone to the court to exercise their rights. One of them was denied a job opportunity and the other a rehabilitation programmer because of his seropositivity. This aroused both the doctors and the courts to take a view of rights for HIV positives. It can be treated as perceived handicap. If they win they can set many things right for other AIDS patients. INSET: AIDS activists take action for more federal aid..
