The article provides information on several new publications, including "Topic" and "Shout." It discusses the contents and the focus of the topics included in most of the issues of the two periodicals. Topic, which is a British literary review, was edited by some graduates from Cambridge, England. Its issue include reports from David Gibbons, Gerda Reith on compulsive gambling, Marc Herman on culture and Steve McCurry with several photos from Middle East. Shout, a relaunch and a publication from the U.S., covers topics on art-world reporting and politics.
