The author criticizes the racial profiling system in the U.S. through the use of a computer system called Total Information Awareness. The U.S. Defense Advance Research Project Agency has plans to profile many minorities, without search warrant, through their emails, credit cards and bank statements, medical records and travel records. The author provides a guide to living in the New World Order.
