The author states that the decision of Iraq to accept the United Nations (UN) Security Council resolution sets in motion a plan for UN arms inspectors to return to Iraq. The decision reflects the imposed on the county by the Arab League and from council members such as Syria and France. Antiwar forces in the U.S. and around the world claims the resolution do not endorse the use of force but redefines the Iraq crisis.
