Pull That WFP Lever

The article urges New York state voters to vote for Democratic candidate Carl McCall in the Working Families Party (WFP) line. McCall focuses on readdressing the unevenness of education funding, raising the minimum wage and increasing unemployment benefits. It is urged that McCall be voted in the WFP line to help WFP garner the minimum of 50,000 votes it requires to stay on the ballot. The party aims to raise the state minimum wage and progress toward living-wage success in several cities.
