Larry Klayman, the lawsuit head of Judicial Watch, a conservative legal outfit that has launched eighteen court actions against U.S. President Bill Clinton-linked targets, and the reactions are often extreme. Long before he began his anti-Clinton campaign, Klayman, as a Washington lawyer specializing in international trade, developed a reputation for being over the top and litigious. He has repeatedly sued former clients and other lawyers. He has been sanctioned by judges for misrepresenting facts and for poor legal performances.
