The article discusses the motive behind the U.S. military policy on Iraq. The war on terrorism waged by the Administration could be perceived as part of the larger plan to promote the expansion of the U.S. global military presence and dominance. The plan entails the building, upgrading and expansion of military facilities overseas countries such as the Middleast and Persian Gulf. In line with the plan, the funds for training and military aid have been increased substantially since the start of the war on terrorism. INSET: War, Inc..
