The article focuses on the stand of British Prime Minister Tony Blair on war in Iraq. Blair has expressed his support and allegiance to the U.S. to wage war. But he also supports the policy of the United Nations for Iraq and tries to please it while avoiding any rift with the Washington. His manner suggests that he is acting as a go-between for the U.S. and the United Nations in an attempt to create a tenable international Iraqi policy. The demonstrations in opposition of war, however, continues.
