The article discusses how the U.S. is handling potential acts of terrorism in the wake of the attacks of September 11, 2001. It reports the number of the so-called dirty bombers who learn the ways of militant Islam in prison. It provides information on bombing suspect José Padilla, or Al Muhajir. It discusses the implications of the war on terror. It addresses the elemental level of terrorism. It also suggests the health danger of a dirty bomb fired within five blocks downwind, and the need to address the issue.
