In this article the author discusses relations between the United States and Pakistan. The central focus of the article is an examination of the anti-Americanism in Pakistan, and the fact that Pakistanis do not trust the United States and are unwilling to participate in the U.S.-guided war on terrorism. Also examined is the domestic impact in Pakistan of cooperation with the United States.
