The article discusses the political life of Karl Rove, the Chief political strategist of George W. Bush, the President of the United States. Rove operates from deeply held conservative beliefs, which were shaped when he was a child growing up in Utah. In the wake of the Watergate break-in, Rove was accused of teaching dirty tricks to college Republicans. Rove has repeatedly denied involvement in the investigations of Federal Bureau of Investigation of top Democrats in the 1980s and did not respond to questions submitted to him.
