The article discusses the effectiveness of U.S. presidential candidate Barack Obama's voter-registration drive, and spotlights the 2008 Atlanta, Georgia Car and Bike Show at which Obama supporters actively registered new voters. The author emphasizes that paroled felons, women, Afro-Americans, minorities, and the socioeconomically disadvantaged are being changed by Obama's Vote for Change voter registration movement.
