The article reports that minority journalists are finding barriers to working on Internet blogsites. The author states that many journalists of color will be reporting from Chicago, Illinois on July 23 as journalists converge on the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention. One question the convention will address is why the Internet hasn't attracted more black journalists and bloggers. An exception is TheRoot.com which was co-founded by professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr.
