The author reflects on the actions taken by Colonel Morris Davis, a retired prosecutor, regarding the way in which the legal proceedings of inmates at the prison on Guantánamo Bay, Cuba are handled. Davis' beliefs regarding the possibility of prisoners at Guantánamo Bay receiving fair trials are discussed.
