The author discusses how peace negotiations intended to end the conflict between Israel and Palestine have failed due to blind support of Israel's military policies. He suggests foreign nations have ignored how Israel has annexed Palestinian land, thereby preventing the creation of a Palestinian state. He suggests foreign leaders should oppose Israeli military actions against Palestinian civilians.
