The article offers commentary on the trials conducted at the Abu Ghraib prison facility at Guantánamo Bay. According to Colonel Morris Davis' interview in the December 10, 2007 issue of "The Los Angeles Times" newspaper, the trials have been rigged from the start. This ex-U.S. chief prosecutor at the facility claims that he was told by U.S. Pentagon prosecutor William Haynes that there could not be any acquittals of prisoners held at the facility.
