Labor's Plan for Egypt

The article presents the recommendations of the British Labor Party on the settlement of the Egyptian question. Two alternatives are offered which labor can countenance. The first alternative is for Egypt to voluntarily enter the British empire. The second alternative is the termination of Turkish suzerainty in favor of Egypt's independence and not to favor a British protectorate. If Egypt insists on independence, the necessary steps are to be given.
