This article offers notes concerning contests, awards and new features in "The Nation" periodical. A new series offering photojournalism is being started in this issue of "The Nation." A submission for student essays on generational issues is presented. Bryan Farrell is announced as the winner of the Gertrude Blumenthal Kasbekar Fellowship for a web article concerning NASA climatology and global warming. Also announced is a new online blog "The Notion."
