The article presents the authors views on voting as a human right. The author reviews how the right to vote is not a fundamental right in the United States Constitution. The electoral controversy surrounding the 2004 U.S. Presidential election is discussed. According to the author, Democrats should begin a fight to add the right to vote to the Constitution.
