This article discusses the increasing call for impeachment of President George W. Bush. There have been recent revelations that the wiretapping of many Americans was directed by Bush. While wiretapping of Americans violates the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, Bush has argued that as Commander in Chief, he can override the country's laws in the interest of national security.
