This article presents a political cartoon regarding U.S. House majority leader Tom DeLay. Texas Democratic District Attorney Ronnie Earle has indicated eight corporations and three individuals with ties to House majority leader Tom DeLay. They are accused of illegal fundraising as part of an effort to redistrict Texas in a way favorable to the GOP. In January DeLay backed down on special legislation designed to protect himself if indicted, fearing he didn't have the votes to pass it. Can Earle be on the way to exterminating The Exterminator?
